the great pause

COVID-19 has offered us all a great pause. As of mid-March, our staff chose to stay home. For six weeks, one person handled the front desk, sales, purchasing and repairs. In early May, the coronavirus found him.

As a result, Philly Electric Wheels has been closed most of May. Due to the volume of calls and inquires, we’re slowing determining how to re-open — and still maintain everyone’s health and safety.

  1. My name is Val and I have a custom bike from Cadence that I am no longer liking. Do you do non electric custom bikes and if so can I make an appointment? My partner is expecting a RAD step through in mid June and we may need assistance with assembly. Do you do this as well?
